Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Notice of Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer In accordance with FAR 11.105; The acquisition of the particular items by make and model are essential to the Governments requirement. This a cquisition is part of a larger requirement being placed under Federal Supply Schedules using procedures in FAR Subpart 8.4. This portion is for open market items offered by AVAYA, Inc. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation satisfies the requirement at FA R Subpart 8.402(f)(1). Items on the list that are not identified with an AVAYA description, such as cables, are brand name or equal but must meet the same specifications. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the offeror does not become registered in the CCR database by the due d ate/time of quote, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. EVALUATION FACTORS: The cont ract type for this procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered using FAR Part 13 procedures.
