Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a sole source, from ClearCube Technology of Austin, TX for the following products: 1 ea. CMS5 BUNDLE CDS (P/N CMS5 CD), 192 ea. SINGLE CPU BLADE 1 YR WARRANTY (P/N 091106), 30 ea. BACKPACK 1 YR WARRANTY (P/N 091111), and 192 ea. CMS5 BUNDLE 12 MONTH M&S RENEWAL (P/N CMS5-MR). The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order with ClearCube International for this requirement as they are the sole source manufacturer and distributor of ClearCube proprietary software. No other entity is licensed to provide ClearCube products, product enhancement or other maintenance support. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with ClearCube. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information, which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk, Philadelphia Division. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of LT Christopher Cousino (Code 270.2N) and reference this notice. All responses should be received by COB January 16, 2007. The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This requirement is not a set-aside for small business.
