- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement to purchase Thermal Camera Kits. This requirement shall be fulfilled via the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule. MARCORSYSCOM intends to issue a GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Thermal Camera Kits (See Description below) with a total minimum ordering requirement of 217 and a maximum (ceiling) of 327. The BPA ordering period will be for three (3) years. Interested firms that currently have this item on the GSA schedule and that want to participate in the GSA BPA request for quotation (RFQ), for the Thermal Camera Kits, shall respond to this notice. The GSA BPA RFQ shall only be issued to the GSA firms responding to this notice. The Government intends to issue the GSA BPA RFQ on the basis of competitive source selection, Technically Acceptable/Lowest Price. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 18 JAN 2007, 12:00 PM local time for Quantico, VA and shall be submitted via e-mail to William Waggoner at william.r.waggoner1@usmc.mil / DESCRIPTION: Thermal Camera Kit Each kit shall include the following: FLIR ThermoSight Camera with 50mm lens, part number 431-0002-02-00; SMA to BNC Analog Video Cable, part number 208-0003-03; USB Adapter Cable, part number 308-0099-00; Secondary battery Pack, part number 261-1039-00; 8 package of AA Batteries in OEM packaging; Picatinney Rail Mount, part number 213-0019-01; Shipping case, part number 207-0003-04; (2) 10/32x 3/8 Flat Head Slotted Screws, SST, for the Picatinney Rail (per kit); Camera will be black in color; and Original equipment manufactures operator?s manuals and software. Where substitution is necessary for an item, the substitute item shall be at a minimum brand name equal or better. If you are making any substitutions or upgrades, provide the necessary supporting data. Supporting data for the substitutions or upgrades shall be in the form of commercial specifications or other form, fit, and function technical data that clearly demonstrates the substitution is brand name equal or better. Items shall be warranted in accordance with the offeror?s GSA contract.
