- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a small purshase order to Auburn University, 211 Aeropsace Engineering Building, Auburn University 36849. The effort is to conduct visualization research of scientific and technical information, military news, and other items of interest related to MSIC?s mission. The research and visualization requires that large amounts of scientific and technical information be captured and formatted to work with available analyst tools for presentation and visualization. If the information is in foreign language, either machine or human translation shall be required. The Statement of Work (SOW) for this effort can be found on MSIC?s homepage www.msic.dia.mil under current contracting activity. Receipt of proposals (if submitted) are due NLT 19 Jun 2007. The period of performance is for 12 months from date of award. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice.
