Sources Sought for submission of Qualification packages for Design-Build Housing and Support Facilities New Consulate Compound Construction Project - Karachi, Pakistan. See attached for submission requirements.................. „X SALMEC-06-R0097: Housing and Support Facilities for Design-Build services for the execution of housing and support facilities for the New Consulate Complex (NCC)Karachi, Pakistan. The project will consist of the design and construction of the housing and support facilities for the new complex to house U.S. Diplomatic function in Karachi, Pakistan. The project is described below and may include vehicular and pedestrian access control facilities, parking, utilities, site work, site recreational facilities, Marine Security Guard Quarters, (MSGQ), apartment buildings with approximately 40 staff units and 20 temporary housing units................ „X Housing and support facilities buildings area: 8,000 square meters; Estimated design-build cost: $34 - $45M.
