- Item to be procured is NSN: 5675-01-471-2683, P/N DBM 00 080 140 DS 00 H 00 00 XX Dura-Base Composite Mat System. Approved source is Composite Mat Solutions (4GVS5). Dura-Base Interlocking Mat System is currently certified for use as helipad matting material. All alternate offers are approved through the U S Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) (see Numbered Note 22). Quantity is 470 each. Material will be shipped FOB Origin from contractors designated facility. Delivery is requested in 14 days. Solicitation will be made available to all interested parties by contacting the primary point of contact listed. Acquisition is Unrestricted.
