- DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R-0252, IQC06341009010. This 3 NSN?s are as follows for Lubricating Oil, Semi-Fluid: 9150-00-687-4241 (Unit Can Contains 1 Quart); 9150-00-753-4686 (Unit Can Contains 1 Gallon) and 9150-00-935-6597 (Unit Plastic 2 fl oz bottle is IAW Rock Island Arsenal Drawing No. 8436792, see page 12 and 13 of drawing). The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with EPA Adjustments under provisions of FAR Part 12. Qualified Products List QPL applies IAW specification # MIL-L-46000C NOT 1 dated 02/20/03, Amend No. C. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. These are not Critical Safety Items (CSI) per SAMMS interrogation on 12/14/06. QAP 190 applies. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Labels are requirements. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are as follows for each NSN or best possible delivery: 9150-00-687-4241, 30 days; 9150-00-753-4686, 34 days and 9150-00-935-6597, 30 days. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Destination is required. All NSNs are in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Surge requirements apply to both NSNs. A surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 02/05/07.
