- Description
- The Forest Service is soliciting commercial custodial and building maintenance services of Government facilities for several buildings on the Fort Missoula compound located in Missoula, Missoula County, MT. This performance-based project will be advertised under Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and will be solicited under Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Quotes will be due approximately March 15, 2007. The work will consist of custodial and grounds maintenance services as well as minor building maintenance. The estimated start work date is April 1, 2007. The contract time is one calendar year. The Government has the option to renew the contract for 4 additional one-year options. The solicitation will be available on approximately February 1, 2007, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
