- The Forest Service requires the personal services of 2 pilots to perform Pilot-in-Command of Government-owned C-23 Sherpa, DC-3T, and C-206, and 1 or more as needed pilots to perform Pilot-in-Command of Government-owned Cessna King Air 206 . Types of missions include smokejumper delivery, special use, and admnistrative flights. Primary location of the work will be at the Aerial Fire Depot, Missoula County, MT. This project will be advertised as a Request for Proposal. Proposals are due February 28, 2007. The estimated start work date is June 15, 2007. The performance period is 1 year. Solicitation will be available on approximately January 29, 2007, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
