- The U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste Management (OCRWM), Office of Procurement, 1551 Hillshire Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89134-6321, is requesting comments on the Draft Solicitation for Licensing and Technical Support Services (LTSS). The DRAFT solicitation is available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fbo.gov. This synopsis is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. This DRAFT solicitation is open for comment until February 2, 2007. All comments must be submitted on the attached comment form and the General Information Section completed in its entirety and sent through www.iips.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. It is also the responsibility of the respondent to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation, synopsis, or related documents. OCRWM reserves the right to change the attached DRAFT solicitation, based on comments received and its own internal review, prior to issuance of the RFP. A separate comment resolution document will not be published. A formal solicitation is expected to be issued in March or April 2007. However, this DRAFT solicitation should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a formal RFP or contract. All expenses incurred in responding to this request for comments shall be the responsibility of the individual or organization which provided the comments and not OCRWM.
