Description: The Battelle Memorial Institute (Battelle), Pacific Northwest Division, is interested in receiving proposals for the purchase of a Time of Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (ToF SIMS) and a Multi-probe Surface Analysis System (SMSAS) needed in connection with Battelle's management, operation and maintenance of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) at Richland, Washington, under Prime Contract DE-AC05-76RL01830. Information regarding the technical specifications and instructions for the preparation and submission of the proposal are contained in the attached request for proposal.
