- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this effort is R-DEN-02137. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-13. This solicitation is open to large and small businesses on the basis of full and open competition. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and the Size Standard is $6.5 million. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for commercial closing agent services for HUD-owned single-family properties located in the entire State of Nebraska under the jurisdiction of the Santa Ana Homeownership Center (SAHOC). Offerors are advised that the following Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52-212-1 (Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52-212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). Offeror must include a completed contract provision at 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items) with its offer. All clauses are available in the supplemental documents to this notice. Interested parties can download the supplemental documents at the following website: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract/den02137.cfm Offers are due by February 12, 2007 at 2pm MST. Offers shall be submitted by email to Michael_H._Ku@hud.gov. Offers must be separated into two documents (business proposal and technical proposal) for evaluation purposes.
