- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informatin included in the attachment.The Executive Office for United States of Attorney?s (EOUSA) on behalf of the United States Attorney?s Office Western District of Texas, invites contractors to submit a proposal for services described in the attached statement of work. Enclosed is a Statement of Work and deliverable requirement for the negotiation of a Purchase Order proposal under the ?Annual US Attorney Conference? Services request. Please submit your proposal by January 19, 2007, 4:00 p.m. (EST). This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. The period of performance for this procurement will be May 11, 2007 through May 16, 2007. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 722110. The Government estimated value of this purchase order will be no more than $75,000.00 with a potential of 225 maximum people attending this conference. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be received in the following manner: via regular mail, hand carried, and e-mail. Proposal may also be forwarded by Courier or Overnight Mail Service to the attention of the undersigned at EOUSA.
