- Posting (brief abstract): The contractor shall provide information technology (IT) operational support services to FAA Office of the CIO (AIO), which has responsibility for FAA.gov Internet and Intranet Web services. This contract will provide for the continued IT operational support services to the Internet/Intranet environment operated by AIO, to accomplish the requirements set forth in Section C, Statement of Work. This will be a competitive procurement and will be restricted to companies classified as Small or Small/Disadvantaged Businesses. Offers from companies that do not have the required Small Business certifications will not be evaluated, and companies submitting those offers will not be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services. The small business size standard is a maximum of $23.0 million in average annual receipts. Information on the calculation of average annual receipts can be found in 13 CFR 121.104. The cost structure type for this acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The base performance period is from the date of award through one year thereafter, with four one-year options. If all options are exercised, the total performance period of the contract is five years. The minimum Government obligation is $400,000. The estimated maximum, not-to-exceed ceiling for the entire term of this contract is $4,000,000. The FAA anticipates that performance of this contract will require the following labor categories: Program Manager Programmer Analyst (Full-time employee in Government facility) Senior Software Engineer (Full-time employee in Government facility) Principal IT Architect (Full-time employee in Government facility) Sr. Systems/Network Administrator (Full-time employee in Government facility) Optional Labor Categories (Utilized on-site as necessary) Systems Analyst Systems Engineer Network Specialist Senior Systems Security Specialist Requirements Analyst Data Architect Senior Systems Configuration Specialist Database Administrator "Full-time employee in Government facility" means a contractor employee available to provide services in a Government-furnished facility for 2,080 hours annually.
