- This requirement is set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 541611, $6.5M. The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for technical and programmatic support services for the National Airspace System Defense Program (NDP). The services under this requirement would augment NDP staff to ensure programmatic and technical compliance and accountability during the implementation of NDP programs and projects. A Firm Fixed-Price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. All interested sources should download the Screening Information Request (SIR) / Request for Offer (RFO) from the internet. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency.
