- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Brand Name (SITE)/Sole Source commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered FA7037-07-T-0111. The Air Intelligence Agency (AIA) wishes to acquire a subscription to unfiltered access to terrorism-related material that is posted online. Pricing is required for the following CLIN: 0001, Subscription to website, Qty: 12 months. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. This requirement is not a set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541720, 5Mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-05, Effective 30 Sep 05. The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability to meet the Government?s requirement, price, and delivery date. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. FAR 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (NOV 2001). ALL OFFERORS WILL BE RANKED BY EVALUATED PRICE.
