- The 1st Special Operations Contract Squadron intends to award a follow-on Sole Source service contract to Dr. JH Carter III & Associates Inc. The contract is for a basic year and four option years. Hurlburt Field intends to purchase the following surveys: Annual Fish & Herbaceous Surverys in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requirements listed in Chapter 62-611, F.A.C., Wetlands Application and the Hurlburt Field Wetlands Monitoring Plan (1991) and subsequent submittal of the Annual Wetland Summary Report. Dr. JH Carter III & Associates Inc. specializes in environmental consulting services. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 541620, with a small business size standard of $6M. Place of performance shall be at pre-determined test sites on Hurlburt Field, FL with subsequently submitted environmental reports. The Government believes that Dr. JH Carter III & Associates Inc. is the only known source that has base line data to provide this service. Anticipated award is 26 January 2007. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. Capability statements must include documented ability to satisfy the Governments's requirements. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
