- Description
- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only. The United States Air Force Academy, CO seeks potential sources for a proposed government acquisition to service and maintain the grease eradication systems located on the Air Force Academy. The Government intends to use NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and/or 561790 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The proposed contract would be awarded to one contractor as a firm-fixed priced contract. Estimated period of performance would be a base period plus four option periods. This requirement consists of service and maintenance of the grease eradication systems, located in five buildings, at the Air Force Academy. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform this requirement. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide the following information no later than 20 December 2006 (12:00 PM Mountain Time): 1) Company name, address, CAGE Code and DUNS Number. 2) Point of contact telephone number and e-mail address. 3) Type of business, i.e. large business, small business, 8(a), HUBZONE, SDVOSB and etc. under which NAICS code. 4) Date of business type certification and Offerors Business Size. 5) A brief past performance & capability statement (maximum of 700 words) signed by a company official with authority to bind the company and verify that the company is able to meet the above requirements.
