Description

The U.S. Army, Carlisle Barracks; PA is seeking bids for Interior / Exterior Painting of buildings on a requirements type contract for the period 1 June 2007 or date of award, whichever is later, through 31 May 2008 with four, one-year option periods . Bid opening date will be listed in the solicitation and will be based on solicitation issue date. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238320. The size standard is $13 Million average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years. The estimated cost range for base and option years is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The corresponding Wage Rate Determination will be strictly enforced. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted.
