Description

Provide lead generation activities centered in Arabic communities for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command during the period 22 March 2007 through 31 December 2007 with two one-year option periods. Contractor personnel shall establish Centers of Influen ce (COI), identify potential prospects, and maintain a network of contacts for participation in recruiting activities. Contractor personnel shall have a thorough understanding of assigned area/language, culture, and society and be able to communicate the Armys message to both non-English speaking and English speaking COIs. The Federal Supply Code is R499, Standard Industrial Classification is 7361, North American Industry Classification System code is 561310 with a corresponding size standard of $6 milli on. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about 22 January 2007. The solicitations and any amendments will be posted to the following web site: http://doc.knox.army.mil This is 100% set-aside for small business. No fax bids will be accepted.
