- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the written so licitation which may be obtained from the EBS Management System at the following link; http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and inc orporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. This solicitation is issued unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 532412 and SIC code is 5082. This solicitation is for Services Non-Personal: Rental pe riod 25 May 2007 3 July 2007 for the rental of six (6) each of 621 B Earth Scrapper, six (6) each 130 G Caterpillar Graders (or equal), six (6) each 2.5 yard front end loaders. All equipment must meet OSHA requirements. Rental fee shall include maintena nce. Maintenance is for equipment failure and equipment must be fully functional with in one day, delivery and return of Loader. Specifications are provided in the written solicitation at the EBS Management System link provided above. The F.O.B. point sha ll be Destination. Funding is not currently available but will on or about 31 March 2007.The applicable provisions and clauses are listed in the written solicitation at the EBS Management System link above.
