- The US ARMY, JOINT MUNTIONS & LETHALITY LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT COMMAND ACQUISITION CENTER (JM&L LCMC AC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) and negotiate, on a sole source basis, a 5-Year ID/IQ contract with Aardvark Tactical, Inc (ATI) for the delivery of X26-E TASER Launched Electrode Stun Weapon and accessories, to include cartridges, XDPMs and USB Data Download Adapters. This notice is not a request for proposals. The JM&L LCMC Acquisition Center intends to award a sole source contract to ATI, 1002 West Tenth Street, Azusa, CA 91702.
