- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitu tes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as restricted under NAICS 336412, applicable clauses through FAC 05-15. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a Fi rm Fixed Price Purchase Order/Contract for Spare Parts and publications for T53 Turbine Engines in support of the Dominican Republic Air Force. Evaluation factors are as follows: The Government shall issue a contract to the offeror providing the best value quote for the items required to be technically satisfactory for use as repair parts for the aircraft components as identified.
