- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The full announcement is posted on the US Army CECOM IBOP website (https://abop.monmouth.army.mil) and includes the list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities, and unit of measure for this effort; as well as provisions and clauses. The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center Washington intends to solicit and negotiate with ObjectFX of Columbia, MD under the a uthority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, for purchase of twelve months of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software licenses and maintenance of SpatialFX 2525B Symbology Service Server, and three options for additional licenses and continued ma intenance of current licenses. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All quotes received within fifteen d ays after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informa tion received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004.
