Description: 17. Mowing and Cleaning Services for Paintsville Lake, Kentucky. Approximate time will be calendar year 2007 with three additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $400,000.00. The work consists essentially of mow ing and cleaning services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indef inite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conferenc e will be held on Wednesday, 07 February 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Paintsville Lake, 807 Ky. Rt. 2275, Staffordsville, KY.
