- The proposal due date was extendend in amendment 0003 to the solicitation. The second technical data package (TD02)contains all of the files you will need to prepare your proposal for this project. Please be sure to frequently go into the data packa ge to make sure you have the most up to date information in regards to this solicitation. Amendment 0004 has been posted to the data package and is ready for you to download. The pre-proposal conference will still be held on 18 Jan 2007 at 8:30 in the mor ning. You must contact Caroline Peskar at 618-256-4733 before COB 17 Jan 2007 to make sure you are added to the list to get on base. The meeting will be at the Chapel 2 Annex. Driving directions to there from the Shiloh gate will be provided. Please make s ure you allow plenty of time to get on to base and make sure you have a drivers license and proof of insurance with you.
