- AMENDMENT IS MADE TO PREVIOUS POSTED (01-10-2007) SOLICITATION NOTICE for RFP Solicitation NO. RMH00070012: (1) Due to a large amount of interest in the I T Security Engineering Service requirement, A SINGLE GROUP SITE VISIT/CONFERENCE WILL BE CONDUCTED at the BIA Central Office East, Office of Information Security and Priviacy, 625 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA. location on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2007, at 2:00 PM EST. Due to the secure nature of the BIA I T Herndon Facility, potential offerors WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE I T ROOM AREAS - the site visit will include only a general tour of the admin. offices, with a group meeting in the conference room. All QUESTIONS IN REGARD TO THE WORK SITE (conditions, space, etc.) should be faxed to the Government prior to 01-17-2007 (Fax No. 703/ 735-4008, Attention: Ms. Karin Eddy, Contracting Representative Specialist). A written response will be provided to all attendees, and a fax copy sent to each party that has requested the solicitation package. (2) The BIA DOES NOT INTEND TO CONDUCT A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE.
