- U.S. or Foreign Flag self-sustaining Ro/Ro or combination RO/RO - LO/LO tug/barge unit(s)to move 61,625 (plus/minus 10% chop)square feet of cargo, containing 87 containers with and without chasis and 60 pieces of rolling stock. Vessel is requirred to have enough lashing points and provide all lashing gear. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 69 FEDERAL REGISTER 25166-25168, May 5, 2004 or most current reference), preference will be given to U.S. flaf vessels and VISA participants.
