- SOURCES SOUGHT for developing and conducting a training curriculum for identification, periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, servicing, opening, and repairing GSA approved container and vault doors and their locks. Description: The Interagency Committee on Security Equipment (IACSE) Storage Equipment and Locking Systems (SEALS) subcommittee requests a statement of interest, capabilities and course outline from training organizations interested in developing and conducting a training curriculum for identification, periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, servicing, opening, and repairing GSA approved container and vault doors and their locks. Students successfully completing this course will become certified GSA lock, safe and vault technicians. Costs associated with course development, course execution, training aids, etc. will be covered by the training organization. Interested parties must submit their proposed course outline on or before February 28, 2007 to: GSA/FSS National Furniture Center, Engineering Division (3FNE-CO) Attention: Chris Pollock, Washington DC, 20406.
