While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. Solicitation Number N00164-07-R-6419 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. The Government has a requirement for spare components that fit into the data processing cabinets and human-machine interface workstations as a part of the TI2006 AN/BQQ-10(V) Sonar System.This procurement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Germane Systems LC, 3680 Centerview Drive STE 100, Chantilly, VA 20151-1647,in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.? Note 22 applies. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO.It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that prov ide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
