- 17. The Bureau of Engraving intends to procure One hundred (100) Stackers from Commercial Metal Fabricators. These Stackers are to be used in conjunction with the custom made stack and rack system currently being used. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.10601. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 12 and 13.106-3 shall be used. 14th and C Streets, S.W., Washington, DC 20228-0001!!
