- PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION DOCUMENT FOR MODIFICATIONS TO VARIOUS QUANTITIES OF ITEMS REQUESTED. The United States Army Assistance Command (USASAC), based in Alexandria, VA has requested Eighteen (18)different pieces of tactical equipment. These requirements will provide equipment for 65 units across the Afghan National Army (ANA). Prior to contacting GSA, the requiring activity conducted its own market research. As a result of its market research, the requiring activity has been able to identify some brand names and part numbers of items it believes will fit its needs. This is absolutely NOT a Brand Name or Equal acquisition. The brand names and web links are provided only to help describe the requirement. The requiring activity will consider any brand name offered. It is not expected that you will quote all items. Please quote all items you can. Multiple awards are anticipated for this solicitation. *PLEASE QUOTE ALL ITEMS FOB DESTINATION TO NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070* Please submit any literature, product information, or specifications that will aid in the evaluation process. If providing an item other than the part number referenced above, you MUST provide all specifications for that product at the time the solicitation is submitted to be considered responsive.
