- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,961 rentable sq. ft within the Central Business District (CBD) of Plattsburgh, New York, bounded as follows: North - Cornelia Street; South - Broad Street; West - Oak Street; East- Saranac River. The space should yield between 4,314 to 4,529 ANSI/ BOMA usable sq. ft. On-site parking is required for six (6) vehicles plus two (2) potential future vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a Flood Plain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: (1) Building name and address, (2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot, (3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, (4) Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable.
