Description
Title: Real Estate Appraisal Services IDIQ Contract NAICS: 531320 Solicitation Number GS-07P-06-HHD-0112 This procurement is being set-aside for Small Businesses only. The General Services Administration (GSA) proposes to award a minimum of 19 separate indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for real estate appraisal services. The contractor/appraiser shall provide services for appraisals, appraisal related services, and consulting services involving a variety of real property. The corresponding geographic area for each contract are: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas (estimated 5 contracts), Utah, and Wyoming. Texas will be divided into smaller geographic areas (delineation will be defined in the Solicitation). Interested parties must be State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers in the corresponding geographical area, or be able to provide evidence that a State Certification or temporary State Certification has been obtained in that areas of consideration in the past State Certifications (full or temporary) must be obtained and maintained for each area proposed, within 30 days of contract award to be considered. The estimated contact values range from a minimum of $100 to $2 million for each contract. The anticipated contract period is estimated from November 1, 2006 through October 31, 2007, with four 1-year option periods. This is a negotiated full and open competition procurement and will require submission of technical proposals in accordance with the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. A separate proposal package must be submitted for each area proposed. Technical evaluation factors will be listed and described in the solicitation. The greatest value concept will be used for selecting the contractor(s). Solicitation issue date is on or about August 29, 2006; proposal due date is on or about September 29, 2006.
