- The purpose of this Request For Information/Sources Sought Synopsis is to solicit comment and information from industry and academia concerning business strategies, tactics, techniques, and procedures to establish a modern depot-level maintenance support capability at TND with a full range of supporting business and management systems in accordance with a phased timeline plan as depicted in Attachment 1, a project overseen by the Multinational Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I).
