- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 05 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR LABORATORY CABINETS AND BENCHTOPS FOR THE KSC CHEMICAL LABORATORY. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ. The purpose of this amendment is to inform all interested vendors that Appendixes B(Requirements) and C(Drawings)have been updated. In addition to these changes, the Government has added relevant information to the following areas: Evaluation of Quotes, Instructions to Offerors, and Submission of Quotes and Quotes Organization. To obtain a copy of the above referenced changes, vendors are required to send an email to the Contract Specialist POC at lourdes.brown-1@nasa.gov **NO PHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED** Failure to request a copy of the updated Appendix B, Appendix C, and other changes will render an Offeror ineligible for award. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to January 26, 2007. Installation shall be completed NLT eight (8) weeks after award. All questions and inquiries should be addressed via email to the Contract Specialist POC at lourdes.brown-1@nasa.gov. Pricing Schedule, drawings, representations/certifications, descriptive literature, and past performance information must be received NLT 4:00 PM EST on January 26, 2007 in accordance with the instructions on the original solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JAN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
