- Region 9 is looking to combine all cell phone activity across 16 states to include 840 voice plans and 50 blackberry data plans. We are looking for one of the following: 1) single company to be responsible for management of all cell phone plans 2) one cell phone company to provide national and local coverage in all 16 states (No roaming charges, pool'd set of minutes to be shared) 3) Multiple cell phone companies to provide national and local coverage in all 16 states (pool'd plans for all companies) Evaluation Critiera is as follows 1) Past Performance 2) Coverage (Please include coverage maps by zipcodes) 3) Best value to the Governement email lorijansen@fs.fed.us for price estimations statement of work and zip codes associated with all local areas needing coverage.
