- The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform a linen rental service located at the Officer?s Club, Bolling AFB, DC. The contractor shall furnish white and various colors of items in quantities as specified by the using activities. Contractor-furnished linen shall conform to the generally accepted industry standards of quality or cleanliness and appearance. Items to be serviced include: tablecloths, napkins, towels, mops, chef jackets, baker?s shirts, kitchen pants, checkered kitchen pants and bib aprons. The contractor is required to pick up and deliver aforementioned items. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812331 and the small business size standard is $13 million. The proposed contract is unrestricted. It is anticipated that performance will commence on 1 March 2007. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 22 January 07, http://www.fbo.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective Offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. **NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR RESGISTRTION BY THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
