- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of item 0001: Module Retainer Plate, manufactured per NAVSEA DWG 201-7666429 Rev- Item 04 from ABS, Grade EH-36HSS steel. All General Notes of DWG apply. Assemblies to be marked per General Note 5. Qty 254 ea. Item 0002: Data Requirements, EXH ?A? to be a Certificate of Quality Conformance to notify the Government that the vendor has complied with the drawing requirements. DI-MISC-80678 applies. The drawing/DD Form Contract Data Requirements List - DD Form 1423, Exhibit ?A? upon request. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued this announcement is issued as request for quotation N00102-07-Q-P638. The standard NAICS classification is 332212.This solicitation is under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Quotations s hall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Robert Seaward. Mailed/delivered to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Division, BLDG 153, 6th Floor, Code 533.3S, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590 and are due no later than January 26, 2007 at 12:30 PM Local time.
