- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to procure a wireless temperature monitoring logger system with maintenance. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The contract will have a base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The period of performance for the base year of maintenance will be 1 February 2007 through 31 January 2008. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334515. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 16 January 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will be 23 January 2007, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to su bmit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to Jaime.jerde@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from NECO. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via e-mailed to Jaime.jerde@navy.mil.
