Description
The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition. The existing lease is for the Transportation Security Administration and is located in Casper, WY at the Natrona County International Airport. The Government requires approximately 4,096 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 3,636 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
