- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Fort Myers, FL REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space yielding a minimum of 14,175 usable square feet and 27 secured parking spaces in the City of Fort Myers, Florida, available for use by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Palm Beach Boulevard (SR 80) South: Alico Road East: Gunnery Road West: McGregor Blvd. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than February 1, 2009. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 24, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
