- SOLICITATION FOR NSN: 6135-01-446-8310, Batttery, Nonrechargeable in accordance with ANSI C18.1M Part 1-2005. RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year Base Period and four 1-year Option Periods. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 1,202 PG for the Base Year Only. Other order limitations are as follows (applies to the base year and each option year): Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity: 1,202 PG, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity: 4,807 PG, Maximum Annual Contract Quantity: 9,615 PG, Estiamted Annual Demand Quantity: 4,807 PG. RFP will be solicited as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
