- The Forest Lakes II Mechanical Fuels Reduction Project is a hazard fuels mitigation project consisting of mechanical mastication of small-diameter ponderosa pine and white fir trees, Gambel oak and desert brush across approximately 159 acres of BLM and National Forest land within the wildland-urban interface zone. This project is set aside for those contractors with current BLM IDIQ Fuel Reduction contracts. This solictation will only be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities website - www.fedbizopps.gov.
