- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Personal Healthcare Service, Firm-Fixed Price, Small Business Set-Aside for a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care services at the Lower Brule PHS Health Clinic, Lower Brule, South Dakota. Certified Nurse Practitioner shall be in accordance to the attached Statement Of Work. Contractor is bidding on a One Thousand, Two-Hundred Eighty (1,280) Hour service. The period of performance will be from the time of award to September 30, 2007. Request for RFQ 07-036 package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be January 31, 2007. The closing date of this RFQ package for receipt of bids is February 15, 2007.
