- This notice is to correct the 1st, 2nd, 8th, and 11th sentences to read as follows: The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center Services (RRC) services for male Federal offenders in Detroit, Michigan Metropolitan area (Wayne County). East of Woodward and Connor, North of East Jefferson Avenue, South of Eight Mile and West of Jefferson Avenue. The solicitation will be available on or after January 19, 2007, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The estimated closing date of RFP200-0954-NC will be on or about March 21, 2007.
