- The Department of Veterans Affairs, (VA Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Network - VISN 6) is seeking potential sources with a market penetration in North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia to provide Mobile PET/CT services. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 621512. Size Standard $12.5M. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: 1) name and address of firm; 2) size of business (large or small); 3) if firm has the required services on a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) - if yes, please provide schedule number and CLIN; 4) identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories - 8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned; and 5) address whether or not firm has a current market penetration in the VISN 6 along with any pertinent information which demonstrates the firms' experience and ability to provide Mobile PET/CT services in VISN 6.
