Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for Laundry Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing laundry services to the Lebanon, PA facility. Businesses must have the ability to provide laundry services for approximately 40,885 pounds of soiled linens per month, 4,150 pounds of uniforms/patient clothing per month, 4,150 pounds of surgical linens per month, and 4,150 pounds of mops per month. Services shall include pick-up and delivery five (5) times per week and a turnaround time of fourty-eight (48) to seventy-two hours (72). Estimated Annual Value: $350,000.00. The VA does not own linens and mops. All of the linens and mops will have to be provided by the contractor. Interested businesses should respond with their capabilities in writing to the Contracting Officer at Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center (125), 1700 S.
