- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking for Small Business Construction Management firms to provide Construction Management Services whereby the Construction Manager will perform as an Agency Construction Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The CM shall furnish all the necessary personnel, materials, services, office and all incidentals necessary to perform Construction Management (CM) services on Major Construction projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The following contracts are being surveyed: Construction Manager for the New Orleans Hospital - This is a 120 Med-Surgical Bed, 20 Mental Health Bed and 60 Nursing Home Bed new hospital construction project located in New Orleans LA. Construction estimated at over $500 million. Firms interested in this project must have an office in New Orleans, LA and 5 years experience as a CM with at least two projects of similar size and scope. Construction Manager for the Orlando Medical Center ? This is a 134 Med-Surgical Bed, 120 Nursing Home Care Beds, and 60 Domiciliary Bed new hospital construction project located in Orlando FL. Construction estimated at over $500 million. Firms interested in this project must have an office in Orlando, FL and 5 years experience as a CM with at least two projects of similar size and scope. Construction Manager for the Denver Medical Center - This is a 108 Med-Surgical Bed, 56 Mental Health Bed, 30 Spinal Cord Injury Bed, 60 Nursing Home Care Bed new hospital construction project located in Denver, CO. Construction estimated at over $500 million. Firms interested in this project must have an office in Denver, CO and 5 years experience as a CM with at least two projects of similar size and scope. Nationwide (four Regional) - This is a contract to support any of our projects nationwide. Anticipate contracts broken out by four regions. Firms interested in this project must have an office in the regions (Southeast, Northeast, Northwest, or Southwest) and 5 years experience as a CM with at least two projects in that five years over $50 million. The contracts are anticipated to be IDIQ contracts with five year periods with an anticipated maximum value of $10 to $15 million. This is not a request for proposal. Firms must complete the attached form and return via email or fax. All data including firm certifications under the SBA 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, VOB and/or SB under NAICS 233320.
