- The 17th Annual Military Team Bass Fishing Tournament sponsored by the Robins AFB 78th Services Division, Smith Community Center, will be held from May 6 through the 11, 2007. This event will be held at Lake Barkley Marina in Cadiz, Kentucky. Last year we had over 145 teams competing in the fishing tournament giving us over 500 spectators for the week. The competing teams represented all five branches of the Armed Services and traveled from 31 different states. This year we anticipate maximum participation of two hundred teams. We would like to offer you the opportunity to play a part in this tournament by becoming a commercial sponsor. There are many different package levels to choose from for sponsorship. The package you choose determines the type of recognition you will receive. Some examples of the recognition your company may obtain are a banner hung during the entire tournament, company name and\or logo on the t-shirts, web-page and press release recognition just to name a few. We are also allowing sponsors to set up display tables during the week, which will include registration, the hospitality suite and weigh-in. We are looking for monetary or in-kind sponsorship from companies for trophies, t-shirts, door prizes, large and small, and goody bags. If, for some reason, you are unable to become a sponsor at this time you can still be a part of the tournament. Donations (any contributions under $500) are always welcome and will definitely help us to once again have a fist-class tournament. All donors will receive one time recognition on a special banner hung throughout the duration of the tournament. Would your company like to be a part of the DOD Team Bass Fishing Tournament for 2005?
